Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with jl38 informally by contacting our support team. jl38 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jl38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
